Brian Feetham FCPA
Chairman & Founding Partner
Brian is an experienced gaming industry Operations Analyst with a specialist understanding of budgets, labour control, gaming mathematics and promotion feasibilities.
He began his career as a commercial accountant with Australia's largest public company, BHP before moving into private practice. Brian then spent ten years as a freelance accountant based in the United Kingdom before returning to Australia in 1979 to hold various senior financial management positions.
In 1986, he joined Adelaide Casino as Operations Analyst and worked in conjunction with the University of Adelaide to formulate a range of commission and complimentary programs used by casinos worldwide to stimulate dramatic improvements in turnover amongst 'premium players'. These programs are still widely used today and remain the most effective method for the efficient management of high limit junket programs.
Brian is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Laurence Hawke BEc, MPA
Managing Director
Laurence is the Managing Director of ICS, after first joining the company in 1991. He has 22 years of casino, wagering and gambling experience across various countries including Australia, Macau, Singapore, Hong Kong, the US Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, the Philippines and several Pacific Islands.
Laurence has consulted on a range of projects including listed land-based casinos, cruise ship casinos, Internet operations and resort casinos. He has held senior executive roles and consulted to a number of globally recognized gaming brands including Galaxy, Crown, Tabcorp, SkyCity, Foxwoods and Centrebet.
A Masters degree in Professional Accounting compliments his Bachelor of Economics. Laurence is a member of CPA Australia.
Graeme Croft
Consultant
Graeme (Crofty) began his casino career in 1985 at Jupiter’s Casino as a dealer / inspector on Australia’s Gold Coast before moving onto Diamond Beach Casino in Darwin. This grass roots experience proved invaluable as he moved into senior management roles.
In 1991 Crofty relocated to S.E.Asia to work for ICS onboard the MV Orient Sun, a high stakes casino cruise ship catering to junkets and premium players. Crofty’s abilities were quickly apparent to ICS and as a result he rapidly rose to a senior executive level within our organisation. He went on to play a major role in the start up of several other high stakes casino cruise ships which at that time involved dealing with the largest baccarat action in the world.
In 1995 Crofty moved to the South Pacific and managed casinos in Tahiti, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu for ICS.
Crofty has been since been involved in the pre-opening and expansion of a number of casinos in the Asia / South Pacific region including 3 additional properties for ICS. Crofty was Casino Operations Manager of the Tinian Dynasty Hotel & Casino, a five star casino resort in the US Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas. The Tinian Dynasty marketed almost exclusively to junket and premium players from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan.
Crofty has since held key roles in a diverse range of gaming operations including listed Internet wagering companies and several land based casino projects around the world.
Mark Trezise
Casino Manager
Mark commenced his Casino career at the Genting managed Adelaide Casino in 1985, progressing from Inspector to Acting Shift Manager before resigning to take up a Pitboss and Games Trainer role at Melbourne’s Crown Casino.
Mark was involved in all facets of pre opening, from the defining of rules, to the selection of experienced staff. He was tasked with the training of dealers and experienced staff, in readiness for the casino opening. Once the permanent casino was opened, he was promoted to Casino Manager.
After 7 years at Crown, he resigned and later managed a corporate online and telephone bookmaking operation in Vanuatu. This role saw him gain invaluable experience in all facets of internet gaming and gambling functionality, risk analysis and credit management. Mark was also involved in the post startup operation of a number of online casinos for the parent company.
Mark joined Palms Casino in 2008 and holds the position of Casino Manager.
Mark McKay BAppSc
Senior Application Developer
Mark is a software developer with a focus on casino management systems. Mark currently supports management systems in casinos in Macau, Queensland, Tasmania, Canberra, Cambodia and the Pacific Islands. These systems transact more than US$100m in any given day.
Mark has completed many computer simulations for new casino table games under development to verify house edge calculations and expectations.
Mark has a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Studies from the University of South Australia.
Stephen Earl
Associate
Stephen Earl is a casino finance veteran with twenty-five years experience in gaming with a focus on cage operations. Stephen has held executive cage roles in the following casinos: Adelaide Casino, Casino Canberra, MGM Grand Darwin, Holiday Club Cambodia, Tinian Dynasty Casino and, since 2004, Galaxy Casinos and StarWorld Macau.
Stephen has successfully opened many new casinos, most recently opening four properties in Macau. He was responsible for formulating procedures for Asian based, high-end junket casinos. He has held roles in ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures for the functions of casino revenues, cashiering operations, chip bank, hard count and soft count.
Stephen’s responsibilities have included liaison with government regulators and members of casino control authorities. Stephen has been Asia-based for many years and is most familiar with the varying casino operational models.
